After getting my O level grades, I got into a design course in Republic Polytechnic.
Adults will always stereotype RP even though it ranks third in the local Polytechnics.
However, I'm thankful I got into this poly doing something that's pretty interesting..
Now that 1 and a half years of poly had past in the twinkling of an eye, I'm having my Year 2, Sem 1 Understanding Tests 3 (UT3).
2 papers down, 3 more to go. Hope I won't be struggling for the upcoming papers. :)
how about you guys? bet most of you are having your exams as well?
hope you guys gna do well for the exams!
Thereafter, it's time to enjoy! so just bear with it for this period of time yeah~
anyway, the comment left by an anonymous for my previous post left me thinking..
I should do things to make myself feel btr, which may seem insignificant to some.
I'll learn to appreciate and perceive things in a whole new angle, perhaps?
Hopefully I will! :) Thanks Anonymous! I'd replied to your comment in the prev post. go and have a look! :)
oh yeah, after HOTA UT tdy- I went to open a new bank acct at Woodlands Civic Centre, UOB.
The service sucked!
I'd waited for quite some time, having ended up- completing the process at the Reception itself and depositing the basic sum of money, myself at the ATM. I'm not trying to be mean or demanding. The reason given was that there were too many ppl. but know what? I'm the next in queue alr!
I'm not tryna assume, but why are they giving me the impression that they look down on students? Students can't open new bank acct?..
back to the topic.. plus, couldn't they tell me beforehand? I could had saved up on the waiting time if I've to get it done at the Reception instead of doing it in private. The staff over there had also given us unwanted stares. gosh I was super pissed and ranted aloud purposefully at the Reception when it's 'my turn' ( when my number was shown on the 'digital board').
I commented, 'ah don't bother srsly, don't bother. what for tell me it's my turn when I've to wait for some time having to end up doing it at the Reception. Let others have it. -show fuck face-'
I'm srsly thinking bout lodging a complaint via the email cited on UOB's site. should I? or is it that all UOB outlets are like that? cuz DBS/POSB staff are much more friendlier!
recalling back, I'm still super angry about it. zzz
