Went to have my eyes checked and placed orders for new contact lenses + spectacles.
And...
There was a white layer of fibre at the centre of my right eye which may be caused by impact.
In my left eye, there was slight water retention.
Sounds pretty bad right and I saw it on the photos too :S
But my optometrist told me that if proper care was taken, it will heal.
Came home and told my parents bout it.
Mom kicked up a big fuss saying she has got 4 kids, it ain't possible to treat all like gems. I gotta take care of myself by staying home more often.
Dad was annoyed. I've no idea was it cuz of what Mom had said or what. He just told me calmly..
"Next time, keep things to yourself. Don't have to go about telling us bout it. It's annoying. You should confide in your friends. Not us. We aren't interested."
Upon hearing that, I've no idea but tears started rolling down.
Is that anything wrong w telling my own parents bout what had happened?
His words stings. I shall keep to myself next time.
