I'm a certified driver as of 29/05/2012!
I was so stressed up bout my TP the whole while and had never expected to pass at the first attempt but I did it!!!! hahaha
Thank you all the friends and family who'd encouraged me! I bet most of them were shocked that I managed to pass esp my Dad and some of my instructors I guess. Even on the last week of revision, I mount kerb and was so ganchiong!
And talking bout TP, he was so friendly!
He's a Malay but he was directing me the directions in mandarin can you believe it? haha and he was constantly advising me "don't ganchiong, I know you can do it, take it slow"
after the test he still asked "da makan? come makan w me" hahaha
and I got Test Route 7! as predicted by one of my instructors the day before, I really got an odd number route! so pleased w it ^^
Plus, I thought I'd an immediate failure cuz we went out for awhile and we were heading back to BBDC.
Being the ganchiong me, I'd just asked me outright did I fail that's why we're going back much earlier.
He actually turned serious and told me "what do you think? you wna go another round? go ahead then" gosh I quickly drive back to BBDC for fear I'll make more mistakes on the additional rounds.
Came to the "moment of waiting", he printed out this sheet and was asking me do I know/remember where I committed certain mistakes. I listed out everything I could remember and he started smiling..
Couldn't take the suspense and I started grabbing him by the arms, asking "SO I PASS NOT? PASS NOT!?!?!"
He went "You pass la hahahaha" now that I recall, he still can laugh! lollll
I'm actually pretty pleased with getting 12 but I could have gotten 8 if not for the safety check!
But all my instructors told me as long as I'd passed, it's good enough. hmmm.....
Now, it's been 3 days and I've been on the road twice w my Dad's car.
IT'S SUPER SCARY.
My Dad's car is twice the length of Jazz, the car I've driving around during my practicals.
Sighting point and angles are so different now I don't even have the guts to drive out w/o my Dad.
