downloaded the 6Ps for Cognitive UT, but I've not read it.

I'm feeling so dead and the lack of sleep is not helping.

I think I needa control my spending on food and save more money.
I'm officially broke yet I'm still spending money on food that exceeds than my allowance.

after the day we collected Ah Mah's ashes, I've not stepped into that very estate again.
however, I went to Uncle's hse (I use to call it Ah Mah's hse) yesterday, to watch the dedication and funeral vid of Ah Mah.
it was rather sorrowful to be at the place where I can be strongly reminded of her.

looking thru the photos was another painful experience,
there's the part in the vid that included Ah Mah's casket being transported to the furnace which I totally hate to be reminded of.

argh, nevermind.

I guess I'm pouring out too much negative feelings on my blog these days.
